The iwi® Realism (IWR) application allows to playback iwi® accident scenarios with maximum realistic visualisation. This includes the possibility to view the entire accident scenario from different perspectives in Virtual-Reality environment.
With this 3D visualization and 6 degrees of freedom (DOF) tracking a most realistic environment is provided to replay the accident scenario from realistic eyepoint position in real-time. This can be used not only for accident scenario visualisation, but as well for human factor analysis and lessons-learned communication.
